Acceptance of Terms & User Eligibility
By accessing or using the ww2 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use ww2's services.
To use the ww2 platform, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration
- Be a legal resident of Malaysia or be located in a country that permits participation on platforms of this nature
- Have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements
- Not appear on any list of individuals prohibited by ww2 for any reason
Ww2 reserves the right to refuse or terminate access for any user found not to meet these eligibility requirements, at any time and without prior notice.
These terms constitute a binding agreement between you as the user and ww2 as the platform operator. Please keep a copy of this document for your reference.
Account Creation & Security Responsibilities
Account Registration
Each user is permitted to hold only one registered account on ww2. Information provided during registration — including name, date of birth, and payment details — must be accurate, complete, and up to date. ww2 reserves the right to verify this information at any time and to request supporting documents where necessary.
Password Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your password and account login details confidential. Any activity that occurs under your account is considered your own. Please notify ww2 immediately if you suspect your account has been compromised or accessed without authorisation.
Platform Usage Rules & Prohibited Conduct
Ww2 users are required to use the platform responsibly and to comply with all applicable rules. The following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension or closure:
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access or manipulate the platform
- Attempting to defraud the payment system or exploit technical vulnerabilities
- Sharing an account with another individual or transferring account ownership
- Conducting money laundering activities through the ww2 platform
- Creating multiple accounts to abuse promotions or bonuses
- Ensuring all gaming activities comply with applicable local laws
- Report any technical errors or suspicious transactions to our support team
- Refrain from using the platform in any manner that violates applicable laws
- Comply with the deposit limits and betting limits set for your account
Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on the ww2 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that the payment account details linked to their profile are accurate and belong to them.
Deposits are processed via available methods such as TNG, FPX, and internet banking. The minimum deposit amount is as stated in the user account. ww2 is not responsible for delays caused by third parties such as banks or payment processors.
Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and compliance with any active bonus terms. ww2 reserves the right to request additional documents before processing a withdrawal to ensure transaction security. Processing times depend on the method and limits selected.
All bonuses and promotions are subject to the wagering requirements stated in their respective promotional terms. Bonus funds may not be withdrawn until those wagering requirements are met. Misuse of promotions may result in bonus cancellation and account action.
Liability Limits, Account Policy & Intellectual Property
Ww2 Liability Limits
Ww2 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of this platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or business disruption. ww2's total liability to any user is limited to the amount deposited by that user in the thirty days preceding the claim.
Account Suspension & Closure
Ww2 reserves the right to suspend or close any account, with or without notice, if a user breaches these terms, engages in fraudulent activity, or if required for legal or security reasons. Any legitimate funds in an account closed for non-breach reasons will be returned to the user once the investigation is complete.
Intellectual Property
All content, designs, logos, software, and materials on the ww2 platform are the exclusive property of ww2 or its licensors. Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, modify, or exploit any of this content without prior written consent from ww2.
Third-Party Links
The ww2 platform may contain links or references to third-party services. ww2 does not control the content or privacy practices of those third-party sites and is not responsible for any loss or damage arising from your use of their services.
Changes to Terms & Governing Law
Ww2 reserves the right to amend, add to, or replace any part of these terms at any time. Users will be informed of material changes via a notice on the platform or to their registered email. Continued use of the platform after any such changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms will be resolved through procedures established by ww2, subject to the relevant jurisdiction.
